Christopher Liddard is currently part of the global customer experience team at HSBC and is currently working on transforming customer experience platforms in 22 countries. Before taking up this role earlier this year Christopher has held multiple roles at HSBC including Head of strategic and client acquisition (Singapore), Senior Manager – International servicing , Senior Vice President – Business development. His 19 year career at HSBC in 4 countries and across multiple business lines has allowed him to truly understand what customers expect from their bank. In his newly created role, Christopher is focused on developing a platform where customer feedback is heard and actioned upon, translating feedback into actionable insights and helping the various teams across HSBC to be consumer led when developing digital solutions
